Depending on the size of the home. This service is ideal for the Do-It-Yourself
home seller with the time and motivation to complete the detailed list of Staging
recommendations. Photos and referrals to qualified service providers are
offered. You also receive the benefit of an on-site Staging follow-up to evaluate
your progress. Additional staging assistance is offered at an hourly rate.
- Limited Home Improvement Consultation-$250.00. This service provides a
written report with recommendations for home improvements and updates. This
is often done as a first step of a Staging plan or prior to a move-in

- Fees are bid case by case and are based on:
-Number of rooms and/or levels to be staged;
-Vacant or occupied;
-Estimated project time;
-Specific tasks included in your Custom Staging Plan.
As an example, the fee for professionally staging the primary living areas (LR, DR, Kitchen,
Master Suite and bathrooms) of an average 2000 sq ft home can run from $500-$1,000, plus the
cost of monthly rental of furnishings and accessories.
- Single Room Redesign-$150-300. Again, based on multiple factors. A complimentary bid is
offered for your specific projects.
- Furniture and Accessories Rental-Spruce It Up! has a large inventory of furniture, art,
accessories and other home decor items available for a reasonable rental fee. For larger
furnishings you may need, I work with a local vendor to select the ideal rental furnishings for
your home.
- By the Hour Services-$75. Staging, additional consultation time or personalized shopping and
selection of accessories, art, furnishings and other items that will showcase your home.
